Small Wheel Problem

Hey guys, the bolts for the center caps on my wheels have mostly broken off.
The center caps require two bolts two hold them on properly or else they just kind of sit there loose.
I was wondering if anyone could give a tip on getting the broken bolts out.
They are rusting and the tiny piece that is sticking out is somewhat bent and I am having a hard time getting the E-Z out bits to grab.
You can see the three broken bolts in this picture.
Thanks

X2 on the left hand drill bit, may be a little heat on the inside of the hub. When you do get them out use some anti-seize on them before you put them back in.
Where in AB are you?

use a center punch, then start with the smallest drill bit working your way up to a bigger drill bit. Works for me every time

Worse thing would be you have to drill them out then retap. The wheels aluminum so you could always turn the center cap and drill new holes on the 4 open sections on the wheel
