245 to a 285 lost mpg

how much do you think will be lost in mpg . want to go from a 245-75 16 bridgestone 773 to 285-75-16 firestone mt. or should i stick with a 265. love the look of a 285 on these trucks .just not sure if i want to go thru all the hassel to adjust keys and shocks .....ect.

Two to three mpg, overall. I can still get 20= on the road with my mods. In towm it is realistically 13-14

Yeah that sounds realistic,offset it with a tuner if you wish[mpgs],NO WORRY the trans will last just until the warranty is out if you don't beat it toooo hard.

I lost 2-3 MPG when I went to bigger tires.

most see a 2MPG lost..if you want a taller tire but not sacrifice do the LT265-75R16's!
