Wheel Paint??

My rims are getting very pitted and i have been looking at getting some new ones but 22's arent very cheap to buy so i was browsing the internet and came across this stuff its called VHT Polyurethane Wheel Paint and this is the website
Caswell Inc. - VHT Specialty Coatings
I was wondering if anyone may have happend to try this stuff my wheels are chrome and i was thinking about painting them black i dont really see what it could hurt as they are already pretty shot so does anyone have any feedback on this stuff thanks in advance!

painting chrome is hard doesnt really like to stick ive never used that VHT stuff but have painted wheels before if you go through with it make sure you rough up the wheels with sandpaper and prime em then paint em

this is probably wicked noob, but I'll ask anyway. Did you paint them with the tires on? If i do it on mine, it cant be down for more than a day or so because its my commuter. Looking to go all black since my stock wheels are lookin real tired. Just trying to learn. THanks guys.
