The LMM are 17's. I think you can fit a 265/70/17's on it. The only problem is If you have it loaded the tires can touch and rub causing heat and friction which could cause a blow out.

I know NorCal Nick is running a set of Toyo Mud Terrain 295/70r17 on his LMM. He is also running a set of 2" Fred's spacers. I know he has towed a combined weight of 32,000 lbs with his truck. Hope this helps.

the tallest and safe size for the 17" duals are the 238-80R17 and anything taller will be wider and you will need spacers to do it.you can fit 265-70R17 and 285-70R17 but with spacers only..

2008 Dually

I took the stock tires off and put on 265/70/17 Toyo Open Country A/T's on my 08' LMM and had zero clearance issues. I used 1.5" wheel spacers on the rear and have plenty of room in between the duals with a load on the tires.

I am running 235/80 17s on my work rig. I do not have spacers and I haul 10-12k daily with about 3k worth of bed and tools on the back. I have not had any clearance issues. Here is a Pic the 235s look alot better than the stock "pizza cutters"

be advised though...with spacers and bigger tires, your tires are gonna stick out from the fendor some....rock chips are very likely after this..
