I just got an 06 and it has 33" tires, I am getting some rubbing on turns. The truck is level but no signs of a leveling kit on the front. What are my options other than a lift? Some of the wheel well was cut out to stop rubbing but still rubs.

Id say trim a little more off if possible, or just crank the torsions a full turn or two. They also sell torsion key lifts, which give you about 2" more lift in the front.

Ya triming the fender wells and cranking the torsion bars are about it. But, if your truck is level then the bars might not be able to be raised! I had to run zip ties through the inner fenders on my truck and tie them off to pull them back a little. I also have seen people use a heat gun and form the plastic a little.
What exactly is it rubbing on?

I believe 315's are considered 35's. I have 285's and even though they dont meaure it, they are considered 33's.. I had very little rub with the 285's, I had to trip a corner off of the front valance under the bumper

I've got 315's on H2's and they rub. Crank the bars and trim the plastic valance and some other parts where it rubs.

Ok here are a few pics, you can see the well cover is cut back and it is rubbing on the right side well. OK dumb question, how do I check the torsion bars or adjust them??????

You should take a mallet to the metal and smash it back some, then spray it with rust-o, and to check the torsions there will be a cross member with 2 bolts hanging down, cant miss it, directly underneath the two front doors, if you tighten them 2 full cranks you should gain probably about 1" more clearance, is your truck not lifted and your running 35s?

Hmm from the looks of that your truck HAS to have a lift of some sort on it. I doubt cranking the torsion bars will make a difference. Can you tell where there rubbing at? Another problem you have is the wheels on your truck have a pretty good offset causing the tire to stick out further and will rub easiar. Might have to do what 04LB7DmaX suggested and beat the sheet metal in a little.
Do you have pics of the whole truck?
