Welcome to the Snail Races

Yeah, I've watched that on Modern Marvels...Impressive, and Ultra Slow. You can't have any Crushing Phobias while driving that!

it's hard to find a 33" tall tire that is as wide as that one but the only mistake is those tires need a 12" wide wheel then i would have 18" worth of rubber on the ground compared to the duals only have 16.5" and thats not taking the gap out between the tires so if you figure the gap between the duals out then you only have 13-15" on the ground and right now i have 16.5"(same as the 235-85R16 duals)on the ground with the 10" wide wheels..

lets make this easier
235-85R16 Duals=16" worth of width with a 3" gap between the tires
235-85R16 Duals=13" of rubber on the ground
33-15.50R18 with 10" wheels=16" of rubber on the ground(my setup now)
33-15.50R18 with 12" wheels=18" of rubber on the ground

Okay, but what about the weight ratings difference of running duals versus singes?
Is that feasible?
The Michelin X-1 (they don't like the SS tag) is an L rated for 11k lbs.

They're eerily quiet when I pass one on the IH.

the singles that i'm running are rated like 300LBS lighter then the duals so that wasn't a problem with me..

I saw the pic with your truck and a rear single and was scratching my head!

That looks awesome! I like the look of a dually with one rear wide single!
