You can do those on the front but you have to buy the fiberglass fenders to go with it on the front.... I have seen some guys do it with the super singles... the real super singles and the 10 lug adapter and all and it looks sweet when done right

Ha I don't have quite 20 years of experience yet, but I'm working on the dually now, and my goal has been to eventually end up with one hot-rod-ass dually with a big ole fat slick in the back!! Now that I've tapped into the potential of a diesel I'm gonna take another hot rod project 78 firebird body and build it into a tube-frame duramax powere 6.6 Litre T/A, with a bad ass fat tired dually to tow it to the track in!

Do they make a wheel wide enough in a 16" 8 lug for those tires to fit?

Mickey Thompson makes some forged ones that are insanely expensive but they are sweet!!!

you can put those guys on 10" wide wheels but you realy need 12" wide forged wheels..
