6" lift, will 35's fit?

Hey guys, just picked up an 08 LTZ and want to lift it but heard from the tire shop that people are having "rip your fender off rubbing issues" with a 6" lift and 35's. Will I have to crank my T bars up as well and do some trimming? Just curious what everyone else has been doing?
Thanks

You can almost fit a 35 on a stock truck with some trimming! You can fit the 35's without a problem!

Im running 18x9 on 35 x 13.50's they only rub when i have my wheel cranked and hit a good bump. As for my T bars they are almost all the way down. I dont like them cranked up rides a little rough. I notice they did trim my lower bumper valance slighlty but its hardly noticeable. Im very happy with the lift, wheels, and tires. Oh, they are right i can see if you were 4 wheeln and had your wheel turn you might catch your fender. I can send pics of my truck if you'd like. Let me know if i can help.

So they didn't have to trim on the inner lower fender at all? Thats where I heard the big issue was and then of course you can't run mudflaps without offsetting them back a bit. Sure pics of the fit would be great 08dmaxx. Thanks

They didn't trim it. I don't know if you can trim it but i can see i've been hitting my actual fender. I'll try to take some better pics when I get home. I had to used my cell phone camera.
