power boost seal replaced locked brakes

;replaced the seal on the piston ... then brakes locked up

Any body ever have this happen... put in seal every think worked good ... bleed the air ... took off down the road and after about 3 times using brakes they locked up...

Kinda sketchy description, but Iím guessing you had a leaky HydroBoost unit and decided to replace the internal seal that typically leaks. If Iím correct, sure would like to know where you found one, since I struggled to finally score one but was unsuccessful in R&R. It tore .

Bought a new unit for a bit over $100 (local auto parts store) and all was well.

Been a while since you posted and seems there are not as many folks weighing in with help these days...
