looking for a vacuum hose diagram

I recently replaced my egr valve on my 2003 duramax and noticed that some of the vacuum lines where decaying so we yarded them off and replaced them.... only issue is we yarded all of them off at once and now we cant figure out where each one goes. I'm at a loss. I've tried looking on YouTube and on here for diagrams but no luck if some one has a diagram that would be insanely helpful that way I can get rid of my egr stuck open code. The truck has 150k miles with new injectors, head gasket, studs etc. water pump, radiator egr, high pressure fuel lines, and I know I'm forgetting a lot. I've done a pile of work on this thing.
