Lb7 no power

I got a 02 lb7 with 395k runs and drives fine when I would get on highway or take off it it takes a while to get up to speed and when I got my dump trailer on empty I can barley do 40 on the highway tried looking up what could be causing it to be slow it wasnít this bad 2 years ago

kinda sounds like it could be a lot of things but my first guess would be a boost leak.

Last time you changed the fuel filter? Trans fluid drain/refill and filter change?

im betting boost leak also, check your pipes and the boots from intake-turbo etc, they dry rotted and cracked or possibly even not seated? not giving us alot to go on here
