P0301 knocking

Truck started making a knocking sound this weekend. No knock at idle . Knock starts when accelerating from a stop. Knock stops when accelerating faster. The injector rates vary but cylinder one is +2.4. The code popped up this morning P0301. There is no white smoke at idle, and no excessive dark smoke when accelerating other than the slight normal. I had some Lucas upper cylinder lubricant for diesel to the fuel last fill up, and I replaced the fuel filter about a month ago. Anyone have any ideas?

P0301 it a cyl 1 misfire, I think you realized that based on other comments, but just in case.

+2.4 at idle in park? Tune removed or still tuned?

Being an 05, I would look into the ice pick fix.
