Head Gasket?

So I just got my up pipes and manifolds done at a shop near me because the up pipe had a hole in it. Sunday I was going down the highway when a mustang thought he was faster. Any way through that time I noticed the temp rise. Normally it runs around 180 and I would notice it start to rise and I would let off and take it easy for a little, the highest it went was 210. Today leaving work I let it warm up and when I left I noticed it was pouring coolant out of the overflow tube. I always check the upper radiator hose in the morning to see if its hard and it never is. The truck does have 140k and the head gasket and injectors haven't been replaced. Any help would be great thanks.

Head Gasket?

Sounds just like when mine went. Needless to say I just got it all back together and cylinder 7 was definitely blown and cylinder 2 was too, but not as bad. Be glad it didnít get bad on a 1000 mile trip like mine!

Can try cleaning the cap or replacing it but with an lly its probably head gaskets. Im about to do mine in the next few weeks. Let it sit overnight like that and pull cap off. Does it whoosh or shoot coolant up?
