Somethings wrong with my turbo!

Hey guys I have an 05 Gmc, and when getting into boost there is a loud whooshing sound instead of a whistle almost as if the blow off valve is stuck open. It’s driving fine but can tell a difference in power not sure if that would be a boost leak or what?! It has been running great and I turned it off one day and the next day it was making this sound, suggestions?

You might want to check the drivers side hot pipe and boots. Hot pipe is known to rub through on one of the lines. Also the bottom (charged air cooler AKA intercooler) boot is known to blow off due to oil residue.
