CP3 return line coming off?

return line on my CP3 has come off twice in the last 300 km. Curious if there is a cause of this or did the spring clamp just get weak over time and letting it come off? If i put the line back on and pull on it, it doesn't come off by hand

truck runs fine with the line off but sprays diesel everywhere.

Can you blow bubbles from there to the tank? Before line came off did you have pressure in tank when removing fuel cap?

It sounds like there is blockage somewhere in the return line that causes a pressure buildup. Should be very easy for fuel to return to the fuel cooler and then into the tank.

I found the return line from the cooler to the tank somehow wedged itself between the tank and the tank hanger bracket and was pinched off, I pulled it out and zip tied it out of the way and seems to be good so far.
