Bully for settings history?

Good afternoon,

I am looking at an 05 GMC Sierra with a lly duramax it has a complete 5" exhaust, 4" lift and a bully programmer, I understand this could be a recipe for disaster for the engine and transmission, my question is can I look into the bully programmer's software and see the history of the present owners use to see if it has been used at max settings, (hot rodding) ?? I don't know the model of the programmer yet.

Thanks,

Fran

Update, the bulldog program is software only, there is no controller/screen. Does anyone know id this is an acceptable program that will harm the engine or transmission?
