What should I do about my injectors ???

I have a slight knock noise sometimes when driving my truck . Today I had it so I decided to check my balance rates. The only one that was without spec was number 2 read 5.2 . Should I replace it ? Try to clean it somehow ? Leave it be ? Truck still drives just fine
