06 Lly TCM

Took my truck in to dealership to have TCM flashed, had no communication code , after a day dealership calls says ignition switch is bad, I had recently replaced it and told him the problem remained even after I replaced it, but told him go ahead replace it just because it was already there and maybe I did something when I replaced it ... Next day get another call, this time tells me that there is a circuit broken somewhere that is causing the no communication to TCM, at this time he tells me there was nothing wrong with the ignition switch, that they need to chase electrical see where the problem is.. Hesitant to let them do anything else at this point, but its there it would be hassle to go get it take it someplace else so I say go ahead keep me posted before you get to deep into it.. Today ... Calls tells me the mechanic isnt getting 12 volt reading from my underhood fusebox that it needs replaced .. Wth !!... I drove it there everything worked ... What would you do ???

It's obvious what they're doing - they're ROBBING YOU! The correct sequence is to figure out what is causing the problem, prove that you are right, then apply the fix, and if necessary install new parts. Your dealer started at the 'install new parts' end. Now that they have been proven stupid and incompetent, they want your to pay more, pay more, pay more.

Tell them to refund they money you have already paid because THEY FAILED TO FIX THE PROBLEM!

Have it towed somewhere else. Preferably a diesel performance shop. They're throwing parts at it wanting to replace the entire fuse box.

The guy working on your truck isn't a mechanic, he's a parts replacer. Have it towed to somewhere they can diagnose the problem. Good luck.
