Have you tried to sand/scrape off the soot built up in the back of the turbo? That always makes it easier to install...

i have heard that the mbrp dp is a pain and doestnt match up well...which surprises me. heard that the diamond eye is better. i have mbrp system and would like to get their dp but not if it is a piece of sh!t. also not sure if a diamond eye would match up well to my mbrp pipe. let us now how the install ends up

07' lbz, cc, sb, cobalt pyro/boost on post, downpipe back mbrp 4'', diablo predator, 285/75/16 mickey baja claws. fuel rail shim kit and new fuel filter...not installed yet

I've matched up the Diamond Eye pipe with Diamond Eye, MBRP and Magnaflow with zero issues. I've never seen the MBRP, so I have no comment, yet...

I have heard 3 different people with problems on MBRP direct down-pipe. Diamond eye always fits great.

I purchased the MBRP since I heard there were no trans dip stick clearance issues, and the fact that I figured it would match up with the MBRP the best. Also, it has a ceramic coating that the diamond eye lacks...

I haven't installed yet, ya'll are scarin' me.

My down pipe went in just fine...the turbo fit is tight so make sure that there is no soot build up on the turbo...have somebody push the pipe into the turbo while you lift it up and down from the fender well also don't bolt the bottom up until the top clamp is on that makes it easier also
