Lbz duramax turbo click

Hello my turbo on my lbz duramax has a click/tick to it on spool. I have replaced multiple different parts and just installed a brand new turbo. And it still does it. I know for sure it is coming from the turbo but it makes no sense to me as to how a band new turbo still does it. Also it only makes around 18 lbz of boost

Probabaly have a boost leak somewhere or an uppipe or manifold leak. Can search on here how to rig up a boost leak tester and visually check the uppipes n manis.
