08 LMM overheating

What can I do to stop overheating?

Clean your cooling stack. That's the most likely problem. And it has to be clean for everything else in the cooling system to work properly.

I guess I’ll ask, does it always overheat empty and towing no matter what the outside temps are and driving conditions.
Flat ground, grades, school zones, or just always.
Your question is pretty vague and short, not saying much.

With all this "gun control" talk I haven't heard one politician say how they plan to take guns from criminals, just law abiding citizens.
