Allison limps after warming up

First time posting, even though I've been getting help from u guys for years. Can't seem to find another thread with my same issue. Got a built 2010 ally, that goes into limp once it reaches about 125-130 degrees. It will throw a Solenoid C stuck (p0762) code every time. I can make it almost to work in the morning (25 miles) , with no issue. Drives strong and shifts like butter. But once I exit the freeway, and as it down shifts it will throw this code and stay in 4th. So I'm able to "limp" to work, about another 500 feet. Then on the way home, same thing. Make it most the way home, then when I pull into my neighborhood, it limps.

I've changed fluid, filters, and banged my head again my lift pump enough, so not sure the issue. Been this way for about a week.
