Front dust covers touching rotors

Put a lift on my lmm and heard grinding. Found that my backing plates (dustcovers) are touch my front rotors. Can't even put a piece of paper between it. Any thoughts?

Are they rubbing just at the outer edge or the whole backing plate? I've bent mine before doing brakes but i just bent it back. Yours looks pretty tight all around, almost like you're missing a spacer somewhere.
