2008 3500 DRW CC tow capacity conventional bumper pull

Good Morning - I have spent some time looking for the tow capacities for the 2008 DRW CC LB Duramax 4x4 where it calls out conventional trailer vs 5th wheel and I can't seem to locate a chart. I did a search here and also wasn't successful. I have found sites that list it's towing capacity but don't specifically call out if it's conventional or 5th wheel set up. If someone has a site I can visit to get info for the 08 and possibly other years I would really appreciate that.
Thanks and have a great day,
Dan

I think that depends on your receiver hitch limitations. Should have a sticker on it.

That information is listed in the Diesel Supplement to your operators manual, Page 4-8

K-3500 Crew Cab (4wd) DRW:

Maximum Trailer Weight 15,900 lbs; GCWR 23,500 lbs; Fifth Wheel or Gooseneck kingpin weight should be 15-25% of trailer weight up to 3500 lbs maximum. Trailer limited to 13,000 lbs with weight distributing hitch.

The C-3500 numbers are slightly higher but you pay a weight penalty for that 4WD because of the weight of the 4wd mechanism itself.

And that 13,000 assumes your ball and carrier are also rated for that 13,000. If not, the ball and carrier limit your capacity.

Thank you. OK, s the 15,900 is fifth wheel. So conventional is 13,000 which is the same as the 2500.
