Agree 100% with you on the piece of mind. Im going to tackle mine myself because I like projects and personally enjoy doing the work myself. I appreciate the info given, and don't want you to think I was coming off as some tight wad. I want to do what is best for my truck and choose the quality and dependability that will last. I was never saying the two kits were comparable in quality, just wanted to know the difference of the quality between the two if anyone had any experience with this kit. I am going to continue to shop around and read reviews until time to make the purchase.

I used a Deviant egr kit and a rudy's up pipe. It didn't fit quite correctly and I stripped out my manifold. Not sure if it was just the frustration of two days worth of work for the damn delete kit but I wasn't having it and didn't want to make it work right so I just made it work. I still have an exhaust leak and now am looking for manifolds. Somebody has a sig that says something like cheap, fast, or reliable- choose which 2 you want.

Well I just did the install. Honestly, I have nothing negative to report about it. I am a vw shop foreman so I am pretty particular on fit. The finish wasn't great but it worked. I would buy it again and would recommend it over the more expensive options. This is my personal opinion but I am happy with it

I just installed the Rudy's kit last week. Fit great, intake tube had a couple blemishes but didn't bother me one bit. No complaints with it.
