coolant reservoir

hey guys, 2013 duramax. found coolant on the ground one morning traced it back up to the reservoir, i called all the part stores and dealer no one could get a part number or even an aftermarket one to replace it.. finally found one at an auto wrecker. replaced it and it was as it should be held temp and didn't leak. but now after about 100K its doing the same thing leaking around the heat weld seam on the tank and i'm just wondering if anyone else has had this and found any solutions other then just replacing the tank over and over again. any info would be uch appreciated!

Wrong term used....sry.
Epoxy Putty.

Rinse it, spray some SG on it, wait a few, rinse it off, dry.
Clean enough.

Mash/mix the putty and apply to the surface, spreading out past the weld on each side.
Under $10.

Or.....
