New to me LML

I recently picked up a 2012 GMC Sierra SLT. I already changed the oil and just ordered the fuel filter and slip on trans filter. I plan on doing a fass lift pump and removing some "things". I have a couple questions that I was wondering if someone could help me out with. I scrolled through all the settings on my dash to update it to what I wanted and I turned elevated idle ON and turned OFF park assist mirrors. From my understanding, the elevated idle was at initial ignition...I have driven it back and forth and will pull in and place it in park and the elevated idle comes back for maybe 30 seconds( didn't really time it ) and then it will go back to normal idle. Is that normal?? I have since turned off elevated idle. Also, when my truck is locked and I hit the unlock from my fob, the driver side mirrors starts moving and then I have to manually put it back to where I want. Is there a fix for that? Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have more than one FOB? The truck has two "presets" 1 & 2.

You can program both settings for each one. Do this first, here is how:

https://www.duramaxforum.com/forum/i...ml#post1157435

The FOBS are just a wireless switch to activate the Mem 1 or 2 that you have programmed.

Then you can program two or more FOBS to activate Mem 1 or 2. The first fob will be Mem 1 and all others will be Mem 2.

This is how to do it. You have to do ALL the FOBS you have at the same time, otherwise those you dont' reprogram will no longer work.
