Help p262b code.

My 15 went into regen and started smoking like crazy. I'm getting code p262b. It was doing the same thing before I put the gasket in between the clamp on the downpipe but now that the gasket is there I need some help.

Did anyone have any luck figuring out this code? Have a 2015.5 that shows this code as active/current and won't clear out. Truck spits/sputters at 12k Rail pressure and any kind of load on the engine (i.e. a brake stand or going up a hill)

Thanks

The ECM is most likely malfunctioning.

Try pulling both negative battery cables and leave them off for 30 minutes or so to see if it resets the ECM.
