Also that def tank comes out fairly easily too. Just run it empty first.

Thanks for help. One more question, can I replace DPF with pipe and keep stock exhaust? Is Dpf delete pipe available?

Yes. Xdp sells one for a good price. They are a vendor here also. Give them a shout

What you do with wires going to cat? I see you are running Magnaflow exhaust, do you have muffler on your truck?

I filled the plug with dialectic grease and put it in a little sandwich bag and zip tied it up. Yes I have a muffler. Iím running a cat, muffler, no DPF.

You can but it may create one of two problems in the future:

1. the EGR valve could still open with enough pressure and it still put all that soot into yrou engine (The reason to shut off the EGR in the first place will be defeated). A simple cheap blocker plate will prevent this

2. The EGR Cooler can leak and that will put coolant into your cylinders. NOT good. Sinister makes a good delete kit for around 250 or so.

IMO, best choice, remove EGR system (in addition to DPF) Tune to prevent Limp Mode.

KEEP the parts Just in case...... Should you ever have to put them back it would be VERY expensive to have to buy them again
