Slight differential whine/noise after fluid change

Used the grape juice in both front and rear differentials.

Slow turns into driveway/backing up and it almost sounds like its coming from the front but possibly just traveling through the driveshaft and its tricking me? Because I think if its actually the diff its most likley got to be the rear since i'm not using 4x4.

I did not add any LS additive to the rear diff however I did buy it because I have heard the back and forth controversy.

This sound was not present before the diff change which I just did the other day.

Add some LS additive or take different action?
