Looking at this truck

Hey guys.. just joined, looking at jumping into the LBZ world. I'm looking at this truck below. It has 150k miles, lift pump, exhaust, intake, but never been tuned. Carfax is clean, and I talked to the guy down to $19500. Everything looks super clean on the truck, slight surface rust on a few spots on the frame, but my only big concern is the rockers. I attached the link to the ad, it looks like the rust is just starting, and I'm not sure if it's possible it's from rock chips from the mud tires or what. Do you guys think I could blast it and paint it and buy myself a few years or am I less than a year away from a full rocker replacement here? Problem for me is the truck is 6 hours away, so I'd like to get some opinions before I make the drive. Thanks.

Well I think 19500 is still a little steep but those rockers arenít too far gone. I just bought mine with rockers that look like that for 18 with very close upgrades as yours. I would say that mine are a tad worse but nothing that is beyond repair.
