I have an early 2016 2500HD High Country Crew Cab. It originally came with the small power folding, etc. mirrors.

I had the dealership put on the trailer mirrors that were supposed to be power folding, etc. (just manual extend)

They installed them and everything works except the power folding.

Now they tell me it is impossible to get the power folding trailer mirrors on this truck.

I think they just installed the wrong mirrors. (manual folding mirrors) Or they just don't know how to correctly install them. (what harnesses and/or computer flashes need done)

Can you help me on what is needed?

if the mirrors you got have power fold its a harness , if they sold you wrong mirror your out of luck unless they exchange them. If you had the power fold mirrors I don't remember seeing a programing needed. Its was harder with early 15's but you should be OK, sounds like a dealer fault deal.

I would like to get powerfolding with all the functions. I currently have the small mirrors with only two functions. power adjust and heated. I dont believe I have a temp sensor in the passenger side but i do have the trailer brake exhaust button on the center console.

The Temp Sensor comes on the Trailer Mirror Passenger Side. I'm Sure its a little easier now if you have a 2017. When I had t installed in my 2015 1st year for the trailer mirrors The new ones it was more of a task.

I'm looking for the chrome clad mirrors, smoked amber, back-up LED, no powerfold. I have a 2016 2500 HD with exhaust brake, and air temp sensor on passenger mirror. Any options?

2016 Silverado 2500 HD. STOCK!!!
