Wrong forum..Stange cold weather activity...

Wrong forum, sorry. Reposted in L5P section.

So my 2017 is running great. Easy starts in the well below zero temps. However I have seen this happen three times only when cold and during the first minute or two of running.

Symptom:

Start in cold ald let run for a minute or two. Put into reverse to back out of driveway. When I go to put it into drive I get no forward movement and the D light on the dash flashes. Had it happen the same except when I put it into reverse. I just shift to neutral and back to drive and off I go. Has happened 3 times over the past 3 weeks of below zero temps. Trans fluid level looks good with fresh fluid.

Any thoughts? From what I was able to find maybe moisture in the neutral safety switch.

I've seen this a few times (LML) in seriously cold temps (almost -40C). It helped when I switched to Transynd, but other than that I just give it a bit more time to warm up and its fine.

DPF/SCR technology summarized in three words: It doesn't work.

When you said "well below zero temps" just how far below? I assume you meant Fahrenheit?
