Water in Fuel Message

Have a 2019 Silverado LTZ with Duramax. Had this message start showing up (only at start). Drained fuel filter, no water in fuel. Also changed over to a new filter. Still getting message, but don’t know where the sensor is located (don’t see it on bottom of filter) or if there is some sort of reset procedure I need to do. Anyone have similar issue?

One is above the spare tire (I believe there is another somewhere else). Or it could be exposed wires...
