[QUOTE=JETPIG;12241353]I and my better half love the Amps. I did have a hunting trip earlier this year with lots of snow and ice. The Amps would regularly get stuck. It was easily remedied by just pulling the OBD plug in the up position. Wouldn't trade them for anything else[/QUOTE

Used the Rough Country after removing the factory steps. They made one trip before being destroyed. I only run 35 inch tires and now the HD AMP's! Awesome and a word to those putting them in. I have a switch I put in to keep them from coming down (in line with the ground)! I can just see me screwing up the port plugging the thing back in when at the ranch...

I can afford amp but don’t want a step I have to unplug or wash the mud off every day to get them to work. Will they hold up to the abuse of dirt and mud everyday?
