'99 6.5 2500 suburban

Looking for opinions and known problems.
It is time to replace my plow truck, I am a Suburban fan as they have good natural weight in the rear to offset plow weight and visibility is excellent.
Currently have a '94 454 2500 GMC, last rig was a '94 350 'burban.

Frame is just getting too soft to continue much longer

Just found a '99 6.5 'burban that has a super clean body and 199000 on it.

I am an old gas guy, what do i need to look for on this vintage diesel?

Failure points?
What wears out?
What to look for?
This truck is 5 hr from me, want to make the journey worthwile if I decide to do it
