Is there any way to tune my deleted lmk duramax with a edge evolution cts2 tuner?

No. The cts2 is a monitor mostly, but can also clear some codes.

As to whether or not the Edge CTS2 has tunes depends on whether it is an Insight or Evolution.

Insight is monitor only, Evolution has tunes.

The bad news is the tunes will not keep your truck from limping if you delete, they are for stock trucks only.

Simple answer is no. You will have to get EFI Live.
