Overall build quality was excellent. I heard of initial production runs that had some slag on the internal welds that was breaking off and going through the turbo. The set that I receive looked excellent and had a great price point. They honestly look to be of the same build quality as the PPE sets.

Sound wise.. they sound deeper but not necessarily louder. I like it personally. This is the only video I have of it running after the new engine:

Sounds stockish. Lol. Just kidding. Sounds great and doesn't seem like you were hard on the throttle either. Might just have been the video though.

So I just got done talking with Scott @sdp and I'm gonna have my truck at his shop this Saturday by 7am. Greg and him are gonna pull the trans, pull everything out and inspect, clean and replace as needed. Then do a hot flush and swap in the new converter. Converter is gonna be the Goerend J or the Y.
My buddy Cody with the 08 is gonna head up with me with his truck and get some stuff refreshed.
