Morning fellas. Worked yesterday then I had the evening off. So I decided to get my old f100 to the new house. It doesnt run. It's a ford so no surprise there.
So a friend and his dads old ford 460 dually did the job...what a disaster. Thing barely made it over the mountain running 30 to 40 then coming down was smoking through the brakes looked like it was on fire. Then my ford wouldnt roll forward at all front two tires are locked up and so is the right rear. So we had to drag it off the ing truck. Buddy wasnt paying attention and I couldn't see so it fell off a ramp. Had to spend 30 minutes jacking up various sides of it to get it off the trailer and ramp. Then I couldnt get it to drag forward at all so I just drug it into the woods backwards cause for some ing reason it rolls backwards but wont go forwards at all...then my buddy said something about me paying for new brake pads cause it smoked through those coming down the mountain so bad. We will see what comes of that. I think the brakes are just locked up but I dont understand why it will roll backwards but not forwards. I havent even tried to look at it yet. I was too tired and irritated yesterday. I should have left the damn thing where it was sitting and slapped a for sale sign on it.

That small trash can quote is so accurate if you saw the bed of this truck lol
Kind if how I felt about the breaks too. Next time I'll just bust out the duramax and borrow a trailer.

Not so much him more of his dad. We will see how it plays out. I'm not paying for brakes though. Burning up on a 2.5 mile stretch of mountain isnt just from towing my junk.
