So I bought a pressure cooker the other day and it's my new favorite thing in our house lol. I made 4 chicken breasts with parmesan cheese and various spices rubbed on it with red potatoes tonight in 20 minutes. Absolutely delicious. Going to make some deer chilli tomorrow I think.

My g/f bought a Ninja Foodi pressure cooker/air fryer and everything she's cooked in it has come out really good.

Pressure cookers in our kitchen go back over 20 years. The pressure cooker in our house is the most used kitchen pot by far. We cook lots of stuff in it including chili, soup, pork roast, beef stew and the list goes on.

A very useful kitchen tool.

Ha! Everything old is new again.
My mother used to use a pressure cooker back when I was a kid in the 60s (that's 1960s for you youngsters )
My grandmother had one that probably came to North America with her in about 1910. That thing looked ancient when I was young.

Hey fellas. Joe informed me that he has all my hydro dipped interior parts all wrapped up and boxed. He still gotta clean up the 2 belt moldings for the 2 front doors so I can put my mirrors on. I believe he will send it all to me at once.

Joe is a stand up guy and I feel like ive known him for years since this thread has started and all the text messages that we have sent back and forth asking each other's opinions on certain things.

I hope one of these years I'll be able to make a 2 week long road trip to me most of you in my CCLB!

I've made more legitimate friends from this site and others than I have in person. I talk to alot of them on a daily basis which I dont even do to my friends I know around here. Russ I'll have that deer loaf ready with some whiskey when you come!!
