Just wait until tomorrow when I call them back.

I’m to the point of dragging this mother er back to Home Depot behind my truck with a log chain and sling shot it through the big over head door.

Mornin, Boys!

Joe, if it makes you feel any better...

My neighbor had a Samsung washer, emphasis on had. He purchased it a few years ago from Sears with the extended warranty. After several failed attempts at getting it fixed, he told them to come get it and he wanted his money back. It wasn't exactly that easy but that is what end up happening. They then tried to charge him for the repair parts which he reminded them were in the washer and if he was going to pay for them, they best give them back.

Good luck, bud!

I’ve cooled down since last night.

Got ahold of Samsung this morning. New appt for this Friday.

Last chance to fix it. This has been a 2 week ordeal and a lot of time from work missed. At this point they are throwing parts at it.
