New territory for me but I feel like I need a little edge at my age.

Creatine, bcca, and citrulline

Any of you boys have experience with them?

I did

I stopped using then

Felt like 90% of the supplement was money wasted and 10% made me feel jittery or not myself depending on the supplement.

I felt that with what I spent on supplements I could have invested in classes or specialized training I would have better results.

That being said they work different for different people so you might have some excellent luck. Sometimes the feeling of needing an edge is just getting comfortable with my routine as well.

Either way get after sir try things out and I bet you’ll be happy with it.

Morning, Charles and crew.

Friday at last. I booked my trip down to H-town for next week. I was hoping for a little better weather down there.
