White accessory grille for a LML.

I believe the mesh part of it is chrome or grey.

On the factory painted grills it's chrome mesh

It's says on GM Parts Direct that it only fits 1500 models... I would love to get one thats factory paint matched.
I've got one through a GM Dealer that's just the plain chrome for $142 with free shipping.

Perhaps the LML shares a grille with the 1500?

I'll find out tomorrow what time frame I'm looking at for the trans. After checking with some others about symptoms I think mine is probably on its way out. There is a very noticeable shudder on upshifts at anything over 50% throttle. I may turn it down to tune 1 and pray for some time. I'm going to re paint the grille and grind down the supports behind the lights over spring break so I can get the beams down. The cut off is pretty high and they are turned down as far as they will go. The frame behind the HID's is forcing the light to aim upwards a bit

This one headlight is pissing me off. I'm going to take off the grill and repaint it. Also going to go over the seams where the projectors are mounted and the housing with black duct tape and then rtv on top. I'm sick of the condensation. Also going to use an angle grinder I guess to notch the frame so the fixtures will sit back and aim correctly.
If I have time I'm going to take the tow mirrors apart and replace the LED's and lenses with nice clear lenses from Klearz and these switchback LED bars from morimoto

My Spring break is getting eaten into quickly. I have an Orgo exam right after and 2 papers due right after. So I decided to tackle the offending headlight. I went at every seam with black RTV and then went nuts with black duct tape. After really looking I found areas around both projectors where the gaskets wasn't sealing and there were clear gaps. I'm relatively certain that's where the water was getting in.
I'm going to pick up a cheap angle grinder and notch the frame behind the headlights over spring break and also try to get the puddle lights on the tow mirrors hooked up. I'd like to get the LED's to function as running lights but I need to see if anyone has done that without taking the mirrors apart.
I need to dip the grille again. It's peeling off in some areas and the coverage isn't all that great. Good from far, but far from good type of thing. Hoping to get the trans planned shortly. Should have my tax return money in a week, but I won't be getting scholarship money again until Spring semester.
I'm pretty happy with the looks, but I still need new shocks, PISK, and some other minor stuff.
Anyone know someone looking for headlights or tow mirrors? I need to get these out of the garage. The puppy is very interested in anything she sees me working on and has tried to walk out with one of the tow mirrors.
We went to the park today and I snapped some pics.

I suckered Kim into giving me the honest opinion that she agrees with you so when I take it off I'm going to peel all the plasti dip off the emblem and just do black. I like the no emblem type of look, but it would add more contrast.
Damn... all you guys agree?
