Matt what I got from that was that when you go stroker you're calling this ole feller from va to come swap the old engine into my truck? Maybe I read it wrong but that's what I got

First start on 5/13/16

8/29/17 REBUILD 2.0 @ 295k miles


255k miles on 4/1/17, and goin' strong...

S&B Intake, 3" MBRP downpipe, Flo-Pro 5" downpipe back exhaust/no muffler, PPEI tuned no longer, MOONSHINE tuned by Tony @ RidgeRunner, Airdog lift pump...

Monitoring via CTS2

Engine
Fingers Oval Bowl pistons @ 17.5:1 .040 over
Carrillo rods
chromoly pushrods
SoCal Girdle
ATI Super-Damper
ARP main and head studs
Keyed crank and cam
SDP CP3 coversion w/ Sportsman pump

Suspension
305/55/20 MT Baja ATZ P3s on stock 20's...
Kryptonite tie rods/centerlink

Processed payment for the heads today, got a nice discount for prepaying! Shipping them out tomorrow, 2-3 week lead time once they get them.

Gotta say, SoCal Diesel is the one place you can always get someone on the phone right away, and they always know what they’re talking about! Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Think I should be good to get them on before Scheids, that’s kind of what I was aiming for anyway. Hope to do some racing there.

The 67-72 has always caught my eye, from before I was old enough to drive. My first truck was a 69 with a 396. Absolutely loved that truck. Not as “classic” as the early ‘60s trucks, but I love the body lines.
