That's the new style fuel filter, the new trucks have the fuel filter housing back by the fuel tank now.

Easy to get to, just screw the cover off- pull out the old filter and slap the new on in and screw it back on.

Thank you, sounds less like a PIA like the one on my 16, with 20 torx screws to deal with.

Yes it's super easy, definitely beats removing the wheel well liner like my LMM.

And the self prime is nice as well, I did have a Kennedy lift pump on my last truck that had a push button prime but with this new one it's just turning your key to prime.

Light bar came in, my 3 yr old is home sick so I'll wait until his nap before going out to mess with it. I do have a different mounting bracket on the way as well so I don't want to mount it until then.

Also had a free package come from truck legends, signed up last month on the 20th. I saw on a couple L5P facebook groups that owners were getting these packages a couple times a year with free stuff just for sihning up so I figured why not.

20" Rigid E2 Hyperspot light bar installed.

I wasn't sure how much room I would have to get the winch cover off but it has plenty.

Decided to remove the second 12v plug and install the second light switch there, I have another 12v plug in the center console but can't ever remember using it.

The covers don't completely close but that's fine with me, at least they won't accidentally turn on and kill my battery. With the covers closed they push the lights to the off position so hitting the covers won't turn the lights on.

I have to get some light photos when I can find a place to see how far the range is on this thing.

You running the Banks stuff? How about the Derringer? You running that as well? I might have missed you stating that early on. Also if so what MPGs you getting?

Antenna wise, I had gotten one from antennax. I think it is awesome. Still get good signal and is shorter than stock. 14” and it is billet. I didn’t really want a stubby as I wanted decent signal. Don’t see it on their site anymore, but I think it looks good. Part number is F15B-CHE21, in case you want to look for it.
