The only thing left to get exterior wise is new black mouldings and a bushing kit for the drivers door.

Eventually itís getting returned also. Lol

Sheís got a healthy tune in it already the PO put in it. Said itís 60 horse. Yeah right.

The last couple items that need to be attended to maintenance wise is the steering. I know it has a upper ball joint going out and a sever power steering leak.

Iím thinking of using moog upper control arms and probably go ahead with either ac Delco or moog tie rods while itís apart. The pitman and idler arm could stand to be replaced also imo. That way itís all fresh.

Anyone have thoughts on this? Moog ok to use?

As far as the power steering lines leaking. Iím hoping itís he lines and not the gear box. Does anyone offer a complete kit? I see DHD does but itís 600.00+.

I have done complete steering and suspension rebuilds on a couple of trucks in the last few years, using mostly moog parts and have been happy with them. Everything looked to be of good quality, fit well and aligned easily.

My sons LB7 build thread

Moog is a good choice, as well as the kryptonite products. I personally run Kryptonite in my truck and Iím very very happy with it.
