Adding tongue weight

I took it off the truck a while back because of animals hiding up above it, I need to figure out something to keep animals from burrowing up in my shiznit!

the plan is:

raise the center of the floor
pull the center of the firewall back
re do the rear suspension (3 or 4 link)
add the bed
finish the compound setup
add a horn
add wiper arms and motors (just in case)
new glass, slider out back
find a tailgate
find a stock rear bumper
find door seals
narrow the rear end
get AC back in the truck one way or another

Basically its time for a change, and thanks to the recent compressor fire it sort of sparked me wanting to change how my wiring was ran (thanks TexasRedneck) but to do it the way I want, I'll want to pull the cab which works out because I want a new fresh cab to work with so I can have a sealed unit taking measurements from my current cab and doing the metal work before having it blasted and installed. The transmission works but has a common dodge issue where the governor pressure solenoid is crap, and ATS and Suncoast both sell this adapter kit ($171) where its comes with a milled block that uses a much larger GM solenoid, and for roughly $60 more you can get a replacement transducer. That way it can handle everything better and not give me issues, and the common issue I have/had is from 1st to 2nd it would hesitate unless you smashed the skinny pedal and it would be fine in the higher gears. I always thought it was a fluid temp issue that's why I bought two coolers, but it will do it when its cold too....and not ALL the time either

If I have AC in the truck, a transmission that works properly, then I'll be able to drive it more and go on longer trips without dying!

I have also dabbled with the idea of running oem flares since my front fenders are not bolted in at the top of the firewall, because of the offset restrictions I was given by the wheel MFG.....so there might be some slicing and graphing going on, unless I can hide some scarring with some stock flares...

work in progress.
