Do a nice internal cage, that wouldn't be to noticable. Still a bit bothersome but shouldn't cause any major issues for him driving it daily.

there is also many times he has a car seat in it too
Not 100% sure of his plan though. time will tell right now. He has always just wanted it to be a fast street truck, but now he is considering racing more often.
