Growl/Grind noise when not on pedal

I recently had a 6Ē fabtech lift installed and now when I let off the accelerator, thereís a low growl/grind coming from what seams like under my floor pan. First thing I did was lift the front of the truck to check the hubs and there was 0 play grabbing 12&6 on the tire and trying to push/pull in/out. Called the shop that installed it and he hasnít heard of it before, theyíre a very popular shop outside of Houston who do lots of lifts so it wasnít just a tire shop install. Wondering what it could be and whatís causing the sound? On a 2019 Chevy 2500 z71. Thanks in advance for any input!
