2015 LML drivetrain knock when decelerating

Good morning. I’m having a problem finding what is wrong with my truck. It began as I would be decelerating down to about 40mph and there would be a knock/rattle sound and stop when I got to about 30mph and go away. Over the last few weeks it’s been doing it as I accelerate and get up to 30-40mph as well as when I decelerate down to the same. Truck is a 2015 chevy duramax LML all stock performance with a 4” rancho lift kit with 35” tires. Checked u-joints and they’re all fine, truck has been aligned, all front end parts are good, nothing is loose, hubs are good. I have a video of it but it won’t let me attach it to this post. It’s almost like an injector knock but not as loud. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks
